Because most Al Jannat pieces are embroidered and stitched to order, your outfit moves through a few careful stages before it ships. Here's what happens after you place an order, and how to check in on yours.
1. Order Confirmed
We confirm your measurements, fabric, and colour choices with you by phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours of checkout.
2. In Production
Our karigars begin cutting, embroidery, and stitching. Made-to-order bridal pieces typically take 3-5 weeks depending on the handwork involved.
3. Quality Check & Fitting
Every outfit is inspected by hand for stitching, embroidery, and finishing before it's cleared for dispatch.
4. Dispatched
Your order is packed and handed to our courier partner. We'll send the tracking details to your registered phone number and email.
5. Delivered
Cash on delivery is available in major cities. Ready-to-ship jewellery and accessories usually arrive in 3-5 business days; made-to-order outfits ship as soon as they clear quality check.
